Contact form: name, company, business email address and message. Application form: identity, contact details, background, CV and information on the role sought. No other data is collected by this website.

Purposes and legal bases

Replying to your requests (legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures); reviewing your application and managing it in our recruitment tool (consent and pre-contractual measures).

Recipients and retention

Data is intended only for the Virtual Beehive partners and staff concerned. It is never sold or transferred. Contact requests: three years at most after the last exchange. Applications: two years at most after the last contact.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies. Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure page visits: _ga cookies are kept for up to 13 months, your choice is remembered for 13 months, and you can change it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page. Without consent, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. Fonts are hosted on our own servers.
